Perfect and magnificent location in the quiet area, close to sea front, the train station and the center. Nicely furnished and well-appointed room with a 'private bathroom and the balcony as expected.

The best breakfast, bright rooms with comfy beds. Had good a balcony, a small fridge, and coffee. Public parking nearby provided. Amicable, accommodating staff towards all guests.

Tastefully furnished, very very clean, extremely friendly, welcoming reception, a rich offer for breakfast. Very homey. I'd book again and again if I stayed in Bexhill and recommend it to others.

Close to the centre. Quiet room. Good breakfast.
Parking is difficult. Room and double bed were small for two persons. Bath was very narrow.
